Was ready to sign up but had a quick question so called in, talked with Sarah. She was very professional and was able to answer my question. I then elected to go back online to complete enrollment - easy, user friendly with fast quote and insurance documents!

You can actually speak to a person.... in America!! They were wonderful to deal with. I've definitely found my new Travel Insurance provider

We always have had a great experience with Travelex, using them for more than a decade. during this time, we had to cancel our trips several times, had medical expenses during our trips, never had any problem with reimbursement. Great company!

Travelex was there when I needed them most. When I was in need of medical advise, they went above and beyond. They arranged a doctor appointment immediately.

My claim was promptly paid. This was greatly appreciated.

Didn’t need to use it. But, the app had everything right there with coverage info and numbers. Will definitely use again for peace of mind.

Purchasing the insurance that I wanted was easy to do online. There are many options for coverage depending on what I need and can afford. Thankfully, I've never had to file a claim so I can't speak to how that process works.

Gave peace of mind to have the additional insurance while out of the country ata reasonable price.

Didn't have to use it but after a fellow traveler broke her wrist it just makes sense to have travel insurance

Ease of use to set up. Peace of mind and inexpensive for that. Will always get this now when flying especially overseas. Thank you.
